Happy holidays! This is a wonderful time of year to spend time with family and friends (even if virtually this year!). It’s also a great time to support local non-profits that serve seniors. We have compiled a short list of our favorite organizations who no-doubt can use your help this year.

The Center for At-Risk Elders

The Center for At-Risk Elders (CARE) is a non-profit, lawyer-led team that serves as guardian for indigent, unbefriended adults in Marion and surrounding counties. CARE also focuses on pursuing civil remedies to redress, and protect against, elder abuse, neglect and exploitation. CARE accepts cash donations and is always looking for individuals to serve as volunteer guardians.

Central Indiana Senior Fund – CICF

The Central Indiana Senior Fund continues a passion to assure that the elderly in our community have the basics of life and live the last chapters of their lives with a sense of dignity and worth.”
