We are currently hiring for a Part-Time Fiduciary Officer. The job description for this position is below. Job Position: Fiduciary Officer (Part-Time)
Description:
This position exemplifies the culture of Scout Advocacy LLC including fiscal responsibility, client service quality, team work, and company success. The Fiduciary Officer main role is to;
• manage clients’ finances
• communicate/plan with Lead Advocates for the best quality of life for clients
• professional written and oral communication with financial institutions
• manage client tax returns
• manage clients’ real and personal property
Key Responsibilities:
• Prompt review and understanding of all Client Service Plans
• Professional and detailed handling of MyCase and Director assigned tasks
• Independently and efficiently complete tasks on time
• Manage own schedule to achieve goals of position
• Proficiency with MyCase, Quickbooks, and Microsoft Word and Excel
• Adherence to Company Policy and Procedure
• Document management excellence
• Communication with financial institutions both in writing and in person
• Travel to clients’ property to obtain personal property, take necessary steps to secure the property, and oversee the process to sell property
• Travel to financial institutions
• Prompt email and MyCase communications each work day
• Attend monthly in-person team meeting
• Ability to transfer, move, or lift 30 pounds
Miscellaneous:
• Strong written and verbal skills
• Excellent interpersonal skills
• Flexible and willing to support company goals
• Valid Driver’s License and reliable transportation
• Must be able to pass background check
• Bachelor’s Degree Preferred
